| Q: Are you affiliated with anyone? A: NO! We are an independent graphic design company that has NO affililates. If you see one of our DESIGNS, ITEM #'s and/or TITLE'S on someone else's website, please be aware that we are NOT associated with them in any way, shape or form. While it is flattering to have our designs/ideas and wording admired so much - it's such a shame that they need to steal ideas rather than be inspired. If they are truly "CREATIVE" people.... they would do it on their own. **BEWARE OF IMITATOR'S and WEBSITES POSTING THE SAME EXACT ITEMS SHOWN ON OUR WEBSITE! THEY DO NOT WORK FOR US, WITH US OR SHARE ANYTHING, ETC. ** (And you know who you are...)That is why we are now listing our designs with the "Exclusive Design" Graphic to help take the guesswork out for our buyers as well as make them feel comfortable that each was created here and is NOT a template or a web image resized and that it WILL PRINT BEAUTIFUL! If you have any questions or if you have seen our items on other websites, please let me know. Q: How long does an order take?A: After
an order is placed and personalization information is received a proof
will be emailed to you for your review within 24-48 business hours.
Once approved, the order will ship within 3-5 business days of OK TO
PRINT. If there are any delays due to an item not in stock or heavy customer volume, we will notify you.Please note: I do not print the products here in my
shop. ALL items are printed at a PROFESSIONAL local printer which must have at
least 2-3 days processing time based on their work load. (If a delay is expected, I will contact you and let you know) MOST ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 5-7 DAYS OF PLACING THE ORDER (ie. 1-2 days for proof *plus* 3-5 days for printing and shipping prep). IF A RUSH ORDER IS NEEDED...(Processed and shipped within 1-2 days)- Please select the desired shipping option with RUSH Processing when checking out. A $10.00 rush charge has been added to the shipping and it puts your order at the head of the line.top^
| Q: Will I be able to view my invitation, candy wrapper etc. before it is printed and shipped?
A: DEFINITELY!
At the present time, all of my products require a proof approval before
I print or ship them. Once I receive your order, a .jpeg file proof will be
emailed to you for review. There is no special software that is needed to view your proofs. If there are changes that need to be made, just respond to the proof email and a revised email will be sent to you within 12 hours (I try) for your approval. There is no limit to the number of revised proofs - We don't print them until you LOVE them!** Once they are approved, they are sent to print and any changes could result in additional charges.
** Unlimited proof revisions are included if necessary!! No extra Fees **

| Q: What does the cost of your products include?A: All
of my invitations, thank you note and folded note cards include white
envelopes at NO additional charge! Within each listing description, it
will clearly state what is included with that particular product. Any

am available to assist you with your questions from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

| Q: Do you have a minimum order?A: No.
All of my products are priced either in sets or individually allowing
you to purchase the amount that YOU need! *
* DUE TO A NEW PRINTING PROCESS SOME ITEMS ARE NOW SOLD IN MULTIPLES QTY. (Example - Invitations are sold in Multiples of 4. - Qty: 4, 8, 12 etc.) PLEASE ORDER the amount you need within the multiple. If you need 20 invites, please order 20 invites.
Items sold in Multiples: (Pricing shown is for single item)
- Invitations - 4.5x6, 5x7 and 4x9: Multiples of 4 (Ex. 4, 8, 12, etc.)
Ticket Style: Multiples of 8 (Ex. 8, 16, 24 etc.) - Folded Note Cards: Multiples of 4 (or available in larger "SETS")
- 1.55 oz. Candy Wrappers: Multiples of 6 (Ex. 6, 12, 18 etc.)
- Flat/Fill-In or Blank Thank you Cards: Multiples of 6
- 4.0 oz. Bubble Wrapper: Multiples of 8 (Ex. 8, 16, 24 etc.)
- Scratch Card: Multiples of 8
- Goody Bag/Topper: Multiples of 8
Sets can not be broken up,
but they are clearly marked within the descriptions as to how many come
in 1 qty=set.

Q: What is a DIY?
A: A DIY (Print-it-Yourself) is any invitation or product that we design and you print either at home or a photo center of your choice. Please note that if you choose DIY shipping and you selected 1 invitation the total amount charged will be the $19.95 fee and not the "1" printed invitation price.
You are paying for MY TIME to CREATE your personal
invitation, candy wrapper or other applicable product. I maintain the copyright on all of my designs. The digital
file that I provide you is to be used strictly for personal reasons and
not to be used in conjunction with any resale of the design or elements
within that design. It is very important to note that for copyright
restrictions on the Characters only permits graphics to be used for one
time only personal use such as birthday parties.

Q: Can I use a VISA, AMEX or MasterCard Gift card for online or phone purchases?
A: YES
• However, to make an online or phone purchase, you will need to register your card. You can do this by either calling the issuing provider, or in most cases by visiting their web site.
• When you make an online or phone purchase, the name, address, and phone number you use will need to be exactly the same as the information you provided when registering your card. If the information is different, the transaction may be declined.
• You can verify or update your information by visiting the card provider's web site, or by contacting them using the toll-free number provided in your card documentation.
Please not that registering the card is NOT the same as activating the card at time of prepaid card purchase.
