*** PLACING AN ORDER***
Once an order has been submitted, you will receive a order number along with a confirmation email. If you have not received your confirmation email, your email address may have been entered incorrectly. Please contact us to confirm your order.

Once the order is placed online and payment is paid by your choice of Paypal or Authorize.net your credit card is charged immediately. Order submission authorizes us to charge your card before any work begins on your order.

Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our website. Invitations are available as custom printed only (we do not offer blank cards at the present time). If you prefer to place your order by phone, I am available to assist you from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. (EST) at 603-608-3400.

 *** SHIPPING & HANDLING ***
We ship our items after the order is completed via US Postal Service. Please take heed that once we drop your order off at the post office, we cannot control how long they take to deliver. If you know your party is coming up soon, please consider upgrading your shipping to USPS Express Mail.

If you have not received your package in 2 weeks, send us an email. Most packages arrive within a week. Those that have not are usually lost in the mail or returned due to a bad address. If you have provided us with an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping & handling charges. We cannot control how fast the post office delivers. If you're feeling anxious about your invitations/party favors, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you upgrade to Express shipping. We have found that items shipped via Priority or Express mail have a less of a chance of being lost or delayed due to holidays and only come back to us if you have provided an incorrect address.

PLEASE NOTE: PLACING AN ORDER DURING OR CLOSE TO A POSTAL HOLIDAY WILL DELAY YOUR ORDER.

*** OUR TURNAROUND/PROCESSING TIME ***

We understand that planning an event requires critical timing - that is why we offer 2 types of shipping options: STANDARD (via Priority Mail) OR EXPRESS (via USPS Express Mail).

Below is a description of each service offered.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
~ *Proofs are delivered within 24-72 hours after order receipt due to the current workload.
~ EXPRESS Shipping DOES NOT shorten production time.
~ Orders must be received by 1:00 pm (EST) to be considered as an order for that day,
    otherwise, the order will be considered "received" on the following business day.
~ Upon shipment, you will be notified by USPS.com directly.

~ Unfortunately, with the amount of requested "RUSH" Orders, we are now having to charge a RUSH SERVICE fee of $10.00 to put your order at the head of the line. This is NOT a shipping charge - a Priority or Express Mail Shipping charge still applies. **

We ship only using USPS mail. The following rates are subject to change:

USPS International Priority Mail to:
    Canda & Mexico - $13.50......All other countries - $15.50

USPS International Express Mail to:
     Canada & Mexico - $28.95...All other Countries - $30.95

You will be asked when checking out to select your country for shipping.
**RUSH Processing also available for International Priority Mail. If you have any questions, please ask.
*** PROOFS ***
All printed items (unless otherwise noted), will receive a proof within 1-3 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday) after your order is placed.

During the proofing process you are able to make changes to your proof. Once your proof has been approved, your approval will be sent to our printing department. Your order will not be printed until we receive an approval from you. The longer you take to approve could delay the printing and delivery of your order.

To ensure that you receive your PROOF email, adding sassyink@gmx.com to your address book may help with delivery. If you use Hotmail or MSN for email, you must add our address to your "Safe List" which you can find in your Junk E-Mail options.

DESIGNS, COLORS, & FONTS ***

We do offer alternate fonts for our invitations, thank you notes or other personalized products that we carry.

We reserve the right to make adjustments to the design (font changes, color adjustments, etc.) when we deem that it best suits the design. If you request wording changes, they will match the font style shown in the photo.

We may offer alternate colors, email us to ask. Because color names are subjective, our designers will use their judgement when it comes to colors. PLEASE NOTE THAT WEB COLORS ARE LIMITED AND DO NOT ACTUALLY CONVEY WHAT THE COLOR OF ANY ITEMS ARE. THIS IS APPLICABLE TO ANY ITEM OR PHOTO ONLINE. Colors shown in the listings are a general guide and will vary from monitor to monitor.

CUSTOM COLOR MATCHES - If you would like an EXACT match to a color, please send us your sample to match. With custom matches there will be a delay in your item and we charge a small fee of $10 per color (The fee is for exact matches only). Please ask before you pay because some items cannot be color adjusted.

All of invitations and other personalized items can be reworded and/or have a few additional lines. All we ask is that you send the exact wording you would like it to read.

Our items are personalized with the information that you send, so please take the time to make sure your details are COMPLETE AND ACCURATE PRIOR TO SENDING. Clearly include any additional instructions. We will pick up your EXACT wording and are not responsible for errors on your part. This includes spelling and punctuation. We will try to correct any mistakes we catch, but cannot be liable if mistakes came from you. TAKE THE TIME TO CHECK YOUR WORDING AND INFORMATION. IF YOU SEND US INCORRECT DETAILS, WE ARE NOT AT FAULT AND WILL NOT OFFER YOU A DISCOUNT.

Most of the design will be printed as shown in the example - font usage, wording "such as Thank You" where shown with the tags, or the use of "Miss" where shown before the bride's name. If you feel strongly that you would not like the wording to read that way. It is your responsibility to let us know that you would like to omit phrases or lines. Otherwise we will assume that you want it to read like the example.

Please make sure that you send all your details at once. We will create your proof often times as soon as details are received. We need your help in getting us your wording in a timely fashion to ensure that there is no additional delays that will occur with your order. Please make sure that you clearly specify the wording and instructions of your items. We need to know EXACTLY what you would like to include or omit. We are not mind readers and cannot be liable if you do not clearly specify.

SPANISH WORDING - Please ask if we can reword an invitation or party favor in Spanish. If the product allows for Spanish, please provide your exact wording and a translated version.

DESIGNER-FOR-HIRE: CUSTOM DESIGNS ***
Can't find exactly what you're looking for or have a specific idea in mind? I would love to be able to design something just for you. Since I put a lot of time and effort into these creations. At this time, there is no fee for custom designs. Please just contact me before your purchase to make sure that I have enough time to dedicate it.

Your item will then be uploaded into my "Designer-For-Hire" category. You'll find your item available to purchase here. Just look for your name and add to cart as normal. Any questions? Just let me know.



*** EMAILING QUESTIONS ***

If you have questions about anything regarding placing an order, or the status or your order please feel free to contact us via email at sassyink@gmx.com. If we do not respond to one of your emails, please make sure your email is working. Most trouble shooting on email issues are a full mailbox, blocked spam settings, email accounts that need to be updated. We cannot be held accountable for responding if we are unable to contact you.

What do you do if you find an error on your order? No problem! We will reprint your order as quickly as possible! It could happen - everyone makes mistakes sometimes.
